Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time with other clients who are on our waiting list hoping to receive services. 

• A credit/debit card must be on file in order to make your appointment. 
• Less than 24-hour notice results in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.
• No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service.
